The 9th film from Quentin Tarantino and nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award, the film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Rick Dalton, a washed up Western star, and Brad Pitt as his stuntman-lackey. This fabulous poster was intended to be used as set dressing as it was in the film but also as a wilding poster. They were never intended to be used by exhibitors at theaters as we understand. Tarantino reportedly coaxed Renato Casaro, aged 84, out of retirement, to create this “faux” poster replica, depicting DiCaprio as the character Rick Dalton from the film. The only signs of handling include light edge wear and a few creases.
