Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had a small bit of paper loss in the upper center at the top of the man’s shirt. It had a small stain 2″ to the left of that. It had small paper loss at the crossfolds and pretty minor wear on the folds. It had some paper loss in the upper vertical fold, in the right of the “N” of “UN” in the title. It had diagonal paper loss in each corner and part of the blank borders were slightly trimmed off. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
