The third installment in the franchise, Goldfinger sees James Bond (Sean Connery) tasked with thwarting Auric Goldfinger’s (Gert Fröbe) plan to destabilize the global economy by irradiating the gold reserves at Fort Knox, and it is widely regarded as one of the finest entries in the series. The film solidified the signature tone and structure that would define nearly all future Bond films. As a fan favorite, it’s no surprise that memorabilia from Goldfinger is highly sought after by collectors. Touchup primarily along the folds and within the white background has addressed fold wear, fold separation, small crossfold separation, minute chips, and some tears including a significant tear within the upper right corner. Some flaws, including toning, remain slightly visible.
