THIS FIRST RELEASE BRITISH QUAD FROM WAR OF THE WORLDS IS LIKELY THE SINGLE MOST DESIRABLE (and incredibly rare) 1950s HORROR/SCI-FI POSTERS THERE IS!

Condition: very good. The poster was not folded in half an extra time, as many British quads are, so there are only three vertical folds and one horizontal fold. It had some creases along parts of the folds, but nothing serious, and they were not very noticeable or distracting. It had a small tear in the middle of the left blank border and a small tear each in the left and right of the top blank border. It had a few minor creases in the borders. It had the tiniest of paper loss at the left cross fold only, and none at the other cross folds, as we said above, its colours are bright and fresh, indicating it was barely displayed. It since had all these minor imperfections restored but to a minimal effect so not to detract the beauty of this poster which now displays magnificently on linen.
