Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster was never folded. It had pinholes, some tears, and some paper loss around the edges, with a 4″ tear in the middle of the left border, stains in the right of the “James Bond 007”, and scuff marks in the lower left background area, right below the credits. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restoration of the border areas is very noticeable, so consider that before bidding, and of course, consider having additional restoration performed.
